Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Local Shipping (Singapore)

We offer standard local delivery across Singapore via trusted courier partners.

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
• Delivery Fee: Flat rate of $3.50
• Free Shipping for orders above $50

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Order Issues
